We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and well-organized Personal Secretary/Assistant to join our dynamic startup team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key support role in business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate calendars and ensure timely reminders for key events.
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries (local and short-term outstation).
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
- Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and good appearance.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally to other locations as needed.
- A professional, presentable, and approachable demeanour.
