**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel for executives.
- **Document Preparation**: Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- **Confidentiality Maintenance**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- **Office Coordination**: Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall logistics for the executive team.
- **Task Management**: Assist in prioritizing tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or business preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
