Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to for the sales team.
- Handle inbound queries from students, professionals, or businesses regarding assignment assistance.
- Convince regarding the utility of additional services offered to students studying/planning to study abroad also understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions (inbound queries).
- Explain services, pricing, and delivery timelines clearly and persuasively.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion of inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calls and sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service (preferably in academic or content-related services).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of academic writing and assignments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). b
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
