**Experience**: 6 months - 2 years in B2C sales preferred

**Role Overview**:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound leads, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable programs or products. You’ll play a key role in conversions and customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls & follow-up on leads (warm/hot)
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant offerings
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and ensure regular follow-ups
- Handle objections and close sales with confidence
- Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth onboarding
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or Health domain
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented teams
- Flexible to work in rotational or fixed shifts (if remote)
