**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential clients.
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and performance.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or retail industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
