**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to close leads
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets
- Update CRM/database with lead status and details
- Coordinate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is a plus
- Comfortable with using computers and basic software
