**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and calls, and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless and timely interactions between clients and the team.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee Pinnacle’s social media presence by creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content. Monitor account performance, ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice, and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized filing systems, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
- **Presentation Design**: Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, incorporating data, visuals, and branding elements to effectively communicate key information to clients and stakeholders.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Handy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Fluent in English, demonstrating excellent grammar, spelling, and overall language skills in both oral and written communication.
