Please note: We are strictly looking for candidates residing within a 7 to 10 km radius of Worli, Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative and prioritise daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
- Draft client emails, ensuring clear, professional, and effective communication.
- Schedule and coordinate calls and meetings with clients, managing calendars and ensuring smooth interactions.
- Oversee and maintain Pinnacle's social media accounts, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and regularly updated.
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties as needed.
- Create and design PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (WPM), ensuring efficiency in document creation and communication (preferably not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
