**W**hat** You Will Do**:

- Counselling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.

**What Skills You Will Have**:

- **Relationship Management**: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

- **Customer/Market Focus**: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.

- **Recruitment Channel Management**: Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy.

- **Staffing and Recruiting**: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences
- 6+ years of progressively responsible talent acquisition experience
- Experience in implementing and executing sourcing strategies; and creating talent pipelines focused on Engineering talents
- Strong learning ability
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
- Capability to manage multiple internal customers with ease
- Familiar with Workday
