As a Technical Recruiter at Zendesk, you'll have the outstanding opportunity to craft the future of our engineering and IT teams. **What you will be doing every day**:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top technical talent across various fields, including software development and IT infrastructure.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the efficiency of hiring strategies and offer data-driven suggestions for improvements.
- Employer Branding: Promote Zendesk as an employer of choice in the tech community, participating in job fairs, networking events, and online forums.
- Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters, sharing standard methodologies and encouraging a collaborative team environment.
**Who are we looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the IT or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling challenging technical positions.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to bring to bear data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
