**Core Responsibilities**:
- **Generating New Business**:
Identifying and prospecting potential clients (corporate), often through networking, lead generation, and market research.
- **Building Relationships**:
Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- **Understanding Client Needs**:
Actively listening to client needs, conducting thorough needs assessments, and identifying potential solutions.
- **Presenting Solutions**:
Developing and presenting tailored solutions that address client needs and demonstrate the value of the product or service.
- **Negotiating Contracts**:
Negotiating terms and conditions, finalizing deals, and ensuring contract compliance.
- **Managing Existing Accounts**:
Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's overall success.
- **Collaboration**:
Working closely with internal teams like marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve company goals.
- **Staying Informed**:
Keeping up with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, build rapport, and establish trust.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions, close deals, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**: Ability to identify client challenges, develop effective solutions, and analyze sales data.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the specific industry and products/services being sold. Experience in Electronics industry preferable.
- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- **Adaptability and Flexibility**: Ability to adjust to changing market conditions and customer demands.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
