**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote Surya International's solar energy solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade potential customers to purchase our products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our products.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in telecalling or a similar sales/customer service role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of solar energy solutions is a plus.
