Job Description for Aegis - Flipkart Escalation Process

Name: - Flipkart Escalation Designation
- Executive operations(CSA)

Pre
- Requisites: 1. Must be an Indian Citizen and resident. 2. Must have excellent (Verbal) English communication skills, good in typing and strong Hindi communication skills with no MTI.(Versant quality 5/6 )

3. Should be flexible with rotational shift environment (Working Window
- 9am to 9Pm). 4. Fixed 9 hours shift.

5. No transport facilities are available.

6. No Meals. Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate. Experience: 0- 12 Months Escalation Desk experience. (100% Experienced).

**Job Description**:

- Handle the queries and concerns of the Sellers.
- Semi - Voice support. - Nature of calls are Outbound.
- Tagging the calls on the portal with details.

Voice portfolios. Flipkart Seller Support. 6 days a week, Operations, rotational off.

**Salary**: ₹20,500.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
