Customer Support Representative

**About the Role**:
We're looking for a proactive and empathetic **Customer Support Executive** to join the team behind **Hi Ma**, one of India's fastest-growing social connection platforms. You’ll be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve issues and have a smooth, respectful experience on the app.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle **incoming WhatsApp messages and phone calls** from users
- Resolve user queries related to account, app features, payments, or violations
- Maintain friendly and respectful communication, aligned with the brand tone
- Escalate serious issues to the tech or moderation team
- Record feedback or recurring issues for improvement
- Ensure daily call/message targets are met
**Requirements**:
- Must be fluent in **Kannada (spoken and written)**:
- **Tamil** knowledge is a strong plus (optional)
- Previous experience in customer support preferred
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, spreadsheets, and basic CRM tools
- Patience, clarity in communication, and problem-solving mindset
- Must maintain professionalism while handling sensitive user issues
