Magnific Designer Fans is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our esteemed customers who visit our showroom in search of designer fans. Your role will involve offering expert advice and recommendations on fan selection based on their room size and interior design preferences. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into sales, managing billing processes, and coordinating with our backend team for product dispatch and installation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and engage with customers visiting the showroom, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
- Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to customers based on their specific requirements, room size, and interior design preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our luxury designer fans, their features, and benefits to educate customers effectively.
- Effectively communicate the unique selling points and advantages of each fan model, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise sales revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Process billing transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the backend team to coordinate product dispatch and installation schedules.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to provide the latest information to customers.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom display.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn and understand the features and benefits of our designer fan range.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Detail-oriented and able to handle billing processes accurately.

Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
