**Role Overview**:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in strategic business planning and execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, handling inquiries, meetings, and discussions.
- Manage and monitor client relations, including attending meetings and negotiating.
- Analyze data and present insights using Excel for decision-making and reporting.
- Collaborate with the CEO to ensure business objectives are met efficiently.
- Assist with sales-driven activities, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building.
- Participate in company events and initiatives to help drive business success.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role with a focus on client-facing activities and business support.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior management.
- Sales Expertise: Prior experience in sales, including client meetings, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and presentation of key metrics.
- Education: Graduate in any field.
- Work Approach: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, and with mínimal supervision.

Note: This role is not focused on traditional secretarial tasks such as managing calendars, arranging meetings, or administrative duties. Instead, it emphasizes client interaction, sales, and strategic support for the CEO.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
