Responsibilites:
Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including payments processing,

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports

Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses, review expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.

General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger, post journal entries

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide insights for decision-making.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, prepare cash forecasts, and manage cash balances to optimize liquidity and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.

Financial Systems Management: Utilize accounting software and financial systems to record transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate financial records.

Job Requirment:
Education:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Additional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) may be preferred.

Experience: 0-1years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., tally) and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with financial analysis techniques and reporting standards.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and analysis.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial information and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
