**Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director - Commercial**
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments while ensuring efficient time management.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including presentations, agendas, and other necessary documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of key commercial projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support the Director in preparing reports, data analysis, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical, for commercial projects and confidential documents.
- **Communication & Liaison**:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee the smooth functioning of the Director’s office, ensuring all administrative needs are met.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and availability.
- Prepare expense reports and assist with budget tracking for commercial department initiatives.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in commercial or corporate sectors is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in business or administration is advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
