**Job Description - Professional Assistant to CEO-Operations & Director**
- Assisting to the communication received by CEO - Operations & Director as directed from time to time.
- Coordinating personal tasks of CEO - Operations & Director.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments & managing calendars of CEO - Operations & Director.
- Managing the day to day correspondence.
- Taking dictations, neat and clean and marginal note preparation.
- Travel/ Vehicle/ Hotel/ Ticketing/ Business paper arrangements.
- Execute Daily/ Monthly/ Yearly calendar.
- Coordinate with the team.
- Phone calls: answer the phone calls. Filter the calls as per priority. Answer the calls with diplomacy. Note the message. Communicate outside for completing various jobs/ assignments.
- Support processing and administration of documentation, processing of invoices and expense reports, internal and external meeting bookings, liaison with vendors, audit bills & seek approvals/ clearances, coordinating with Accounts team for Payments.
- Support in planning & strategy exercises/ Marketing and operations meetings through
- Data collation, analysis & presentation
- Competitor research, business plans & presentations collation
- Support in preparation for review & strategy meets, budget meetings and reviews, OKR follow-ups
- Assisting in compiling reports/ MIS/ Power Point presentation/ Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Managing and reviewing filing.
- Keeping track of operational Budgets of the departments.
- Drafting the letters, preparing reports & presentations (using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point etc.
- Support in other operation functions based on requirements, as directed by CEO - Operations.
- Provide support to the CEO’s office to manage absence, exigencies as and when needed.
- Any other work given by CEO - Operations and Director.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
