**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents.
- **Communication Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- **Task Coordination**:

- Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Organize travel arrangements and prepare itineraries if required.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain records, data, and files in a systematic manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- **Support in Personal Tasks**:

- Assist with personal errands, bill payments, or coordination of personal matters as needed.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
