We are looking for a **confident, efficient, and trustworthy Personal Assistant** (preferably female) to support the Director in both professional and personal capacities. This role involves **frequent international travel all over the world**, managing a fast-paced schedule, and ensuring seamless coordination across time zones and destinations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide full administrative and personal assistance to the Director.
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and global travel plans.
- Coordinate international flights, visas, accommodation, and logistics.
- Accompany the Director on worldwide business trips, meetings, and events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Liaise with international clients, partners, and service providers.
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with personal tasks such as reservations, shopping, and errands.
- Ensure smooth operations and anticipate needs during travel or events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
- 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi/Gujarati an advantage).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Smart, presentable, and adaptable to different cultures and environments.
- Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel **all over the world** frequently and on short notice.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
