**Job Summary**

- Adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends to maintain service excellence.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling claims with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exhibit problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and improve service processes.
- Have experience in a customer service role preferably in a claims-related environment.
- Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and night shifts ensuring flexibility in service delivery.
- Display a customer-centric approach prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Be familiar with industry regulations and compliance standards related to claims and customer service.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
