Responsibilities - Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately to ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Resolve claims efficiently by applying your domain expertise and adhering to company policies. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for better service delivery. - Utilize customer feedback to enhance service offerings and address potential issues proactively. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and claims resolutions for future reference. - Provide insights and recommendations to management based on customer interactions and claims data. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all customer service activities. - Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for new team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track service quality and identify areas for improvement. - Engage with customers through various communication channels ensuring a seamless experience. - Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve customer service efficiency. - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance overall team performance. - Adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends to maintain service excellence. Qualifications - Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. - Demonstrate proficiency in handling claims with attention to detail and accuracy. - Exhibit problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and improve service processes. - Have experience in a customer service role preferably in a claims-related environment. - Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and night shifts ensuring flexibility in service delivery. - Display a customer-centric approach prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Be familiar with industry regulations and compliance standards related to claims and customer service. Certifications Required Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
