**Timings**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days working
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide detailed information about Daikcell’s product offerings including solar panels, stabilizers, batteries, and related components.
- Handle product-related complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and log all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, sales) to provide accurate support and timely updates to customers.
- Educate customers about product usage, maintenance, and warranty policies.
**Requirements**:
- **Fresher-2 years** of experience in a customer support or service role.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple and clear manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in the **solar energy or electrical products** industry is a plus.
