Job Description: Social Media cum Executive Assistant for Founder of AMN Immigration (Canadian Immigration Business)
AMN Immigration, a leading Canadian immigration consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media cum Executive Assistant. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence while providing comprehensive administrative support to the Founder. **Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance AMN Immigration's online presence and brand awareness.
2. Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
3. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
4. Analyze social media performance using tools and metrics to identify trends, optimize content, and improve audience engagement.
5. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance our social media strategy.
Executive Assistance:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
2. Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
4. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare summaries and briefs for decision-making and strategic planning.
5. Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itinerary management.
6. Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information and documents.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in social media management, with a solid understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, and community management.
2. Strong proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics to track performance and optimize content strategies.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for different social media platforms.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
5. Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and social media management platforms.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks, such as calendar management, document preparation, and data analysis.
7. Prior experience in the immigration industry or knowledge of Canadian immigration policies and procedures is an asset.
8. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
