1 - He Should be specialized in North Indian Cuisine.
2 - Visiting and Training all employees in all outlets.
3 - Design menus that enhance customers' culinary experience while keeping up
high quality.
4 - Create and test new menus.
5 - Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
6 - Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs.
7 - Responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and manage areas of profit, stock, wastage control, hygiene practices and training within the kitchen.
8 - Ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all kitchen staffs.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
