Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

Reports to: Kitchen Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met
- Manage kitchen operations, including meal planning, food preparation, and plating
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment & pest control mechanisim
- Implement and enforce kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Monitor labor costs and optimize staff scheduling
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and menu planning
- Grocery ordering and receiving from vendor
- Issuing grocery to cooks
- Issuing delivery vessels and tracking count
- Delivery sheet preparations and sharing to all stakeholders
- Food packing and over seeing delivery.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of kitchen experience
- Culinary degree or certification (optional)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
- Familiarity with food cost control and inventory management
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
