Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customer concerns are handled promptly and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and policies to ensure accurate information is given to customers.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing, modifying, or tracking orders, processing returns or exchanges, and managing billing inquiries.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately in the customer management system.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., technical support, sales) to address customer concerns or escalated issues.
- Follow-Up: Ensure that customer concerns are resolved satisfactorily, follow up on open cases, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to improve services and the customer experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
