**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sample Management**: Oversee the development and tracking of all shoe samples, including prototypes, pre-production samples, and final samples.
- **Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact between design, production, and quality control teams to ensure smooth sample development and approval processes.
- **Scheduling**: Develop and manage sample development timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and sample deliveries are on schedule.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sample requests, approvals, and revisions. Ensure all sample-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and review samples to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and production requirements. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- **Communication**: Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members regarding sample status, feedback, and modifications.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and manage the inventory of sample materials and components. Order and restock as needed to support sample development.
- **Feedback Integration**: Collect and relay feedback from stakeholders regarding sample performance, fit, and design. Implement necessary changes based on this feedback.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in the sample development process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a sample coordination role within the footwear or fashion industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sample management software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- **Additional Requirements**: Familiarity with shoe production processes and materials is highly desirable.
