**Company Description**
L’Opéra, French Bakery Private Limited is a high-end, authentic pastry, bakery house, and Salon de Thé, specializing in French products in India. The company is located in Noida and is known for its exquisite and luxurious offerings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate marketing efforts with various departments for administrative tasks.
- Manage the coordination of new product launches.
- Liaise with online delivery platforms for efficient coordination.
- Oversee website coordination activities.
- Track purchase orders and invoices in collaboration with the finance team.
- Assist with ERP system information and IT replication.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational coordination.
- Maintain repository and master lists.
- Coordinate with vendors and handle sampling.
- Manage product card, photoshoot, and event orders in collaboration with CRM.
- Coordinate compliance and allergen-related tasks with the compliance team.
- Coordinate printing and packaging activities.
- Engage in cost negotiation processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in administrative assistance
- Customer service skills
- Event planning experience
- Research skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
- Knowledge of French language and culture is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
**Please Note**: English communication is the bare minimum requirement for this role
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
