**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the complete sampling process from order receipt to final sample submission.
- Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion of samples.
- Coordinate with internal departments, factories, and suppliers for sourcing materials and trims required for samples.
- Maintain clear documentation of all sample orders and approvals, ensuring timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct quality checks on samples, ensuring they meet the design specifications and production standards.
- Maintain a detailed record of sample prototypes, modifications, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with timelines for sample submissions, ensuring on-time delivery to customers and buyers.
- Liaise with clients and buyers to provide updates on the status of samples and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor sample costs and ensure they align with the budget allocated for each project.
- Maintain effective communication with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure sample requirements are met for customer presentations and orders.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate with a degree or diploma in **Fashion Merchandising**, **Apparel Production**, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a **Sampling Coordinator** in a **large garment export house** or a similar environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and **ERP Software.**:

- Good understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and trims.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and product specifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
