Sample Coordinator,

REPORTS TO: Merchant, HOME FURNISHINGS EXPORT HOUSE IN NOIDA SECTOR 83

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Sample Coordinator is the key point of contact on incoming and outgoing samples for a designated group. In this role, the Sample Coordinator will work closely with members of the Merchandising, Sourcing, Design, Visual and Marketing teams to ensure that their samples are tracked, received, and distributed and throughout the product life cycle.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the management of samples including ordering, receiving, organising, distributing and tracking
- Act as a liaison between vendors and cross-functional partners on the status of samples for each business group
- Order samples through vendors in partnership with the Sourcing, Merchandising, and Design teams
- Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from order to delivery across Departments and through final archiving
- Field and manage requests for samples from business partners; management of check in/check out process according to established guidelines
- Monthly inventory and organisation of sample closets, including archiving dated samples and processing samples for in-house sample sale

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1Y related work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate competing requests from different business partners and resolve in partnership with Sr. Manager
- Deep intellectual curiosity and commitment to solving business challenges
- Strong Excel skills preferred

EDUCATION:

- DESIGN Degree Preferred

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
