**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist sales team with administrative tasks, including processing orders, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer records.
- Coordinate sales-related activities, such as scheduling appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
- Manage sales-related documentation and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support sales representatives with sales materials, presentations, and product samples as needed.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
- Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support sales efforts effectively.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by sales management.

**Qualifications**:

- bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management principles.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for sales events or meetingsTop of Form

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,342.83 per month
