**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Outreach**:

- Follow up with prospective clients to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- **Increase Company Reach**:

- Identify and develop strategies to expand the company's presence in the market.
- Research and pursue new opportunities to reach potential clients and partners.
- Coordinate marketing meetings and follow up on action items.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Create, schedule, and post content while monitoring engagement and making recommendations for improvements.
- Track social media metrics and optimize content based on performance.
- **Marketing Support and Initiatives**:

- Support the development of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and digital content.
- **Database and CRM Management**:

- Create and maintain marketing databases, ensuring accurate data collection and entry.
- Manage the company's CRM system, tracking client interactions, updates, and new leads.
- **Tracking and Reporting**:

- Track and record marketing activities, ensuring all actions are documented and added to relevant systems or portals.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and client outreach efforts to assess the success of initiatives.
- **Coordination and Meetings**:

- Organize and schedule internal and external marketing meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on key actions to ensure project timelines are met.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in social media management and basic understanding of digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is must.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or marketing events.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
