**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for executives or teams.
- **Document Management**: Organize, file, and maintain company documents, including regulatory and compliance paperwork.
- **Procurement & Supplies**: Monitor office and lab supply levels, order items as needed, and coordinate with vendors.
- **Operations Coordination**: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining records, and supporting HR functions.
- **Facility Oversight**: Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained; coordinate with facilities services if needed.
- **Support to R&D / Regulatory Teams** (if applicable): Help coordinate sample shipments, research documentation, and timelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
