Key Responsibilities
- **Administrative Support**: Handle routine clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Assist in arranging meetings, appointments, and events; manage calendars and booking systems.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Input and update information in databases, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.
- **Office Organization**: Ensure that office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained; assist with inventory management.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and efficient support to both internal and external stakeholders.
