
Office Assistant

Requirement:
- Experience as Front Desk.
- Knowledge of Tally (will be a plus).
- Handle phone calls, reply mails, keep record visitors, couriers.
- Manage daily attendance, Make Offers.
- Answer Customers Questions via Phones and assist them with their needs.
- Manage the field team/Drivers, dispatch couriers/Samples & Keep records.
- Manage new appointments/Interview, meeting as per seniors instructions.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Especially Excel & Word).
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Strong Communication and People Skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer Service Orientation.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Microsoft Office: 4 years (required)
