**As a Personal Assistant to the Founder Editor/Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Founder Editor/Vice President office.**

**Calendar Management**:Organize and manage the Founder Editor/Vice President schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

**Meeting Coordination**:Arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are in place.

**Travel Arrangements**: Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

**Information Management**:Maintain an organized filing system for documents and information related to the Directors activities.

**Task Execution**:Handle specific tasks and projects assigned by the Director, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

**Confidentiality**:Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.

**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in MS Office suite.

High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree preferred.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Preferred skillset:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members.

Creative Mindset: A keen eye for detail, strong visual aesthetics, and the ability to think creatively to deliver unique and engaging designs.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality output.
