**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Accurate and timely input of data into the company's systems.
- Maintain and update databases with relevant information.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and other paperwork.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulations.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to facilitate the flow of information.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of transactions and activities.
- Assist in record retrieval and archival processes.
- **Support**:

- Provide support to other team members as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of office activities and operations.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to implement enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar back-office or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
