**Store Setup**:Assist in the setup and arrangement of merchandise displays and shelving.
Help with stocking and organizing inventory according to store guidelines.
Ensure all signage and promotional materials are accurately displayed.

**Customer Service**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance as needed.
Handle customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

**Store Maintenance**:Maintain a clean and organized store environment by regularly cleaning and restocking shelves.
Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to store management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Teamwork**:Collaborate with fellow team members and store management to achieve daily and weekly goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Support a positive and inclusive team culture.

**Inventory Management**:Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
Report inventory discrepancies to store management.
Help with restocking and replenishing inventory as it arrives.

**Customer Engagement**:Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences.
Recommend products and promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Seek feedback from customers to improve service and product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- 10th Pass or equivalent.
- Fresher Can Apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes and stand for extended periods.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
