**Position Overview**:
As a Team Member at Iceberg Organic Icecreams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience. You will be responsible for various tasks within the shop, including serving customers, preparing ice cream orders, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing ice cream flavors and toppings.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. **Order Preparation**:

- Prepare and assemble ice cream orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.

3. **Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Keep the serving and dining areas clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor and restock supplies, including napkins, cups, and toppings.

4. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to coordinate tasks and maintain a positive work environment.

5. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about current and upcoming ice cream flavors, promotions, and specials.
- Continuously learn about product ingredients to address customer inquiries and provide information.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
