Job Description: Customer Service Associate (Banking Project)

Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred but not mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with banking-related queries.

Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer transactions.

Offer information on banking products and services, promoting cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.

Adhere to banking regulations and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:
Strong communication skills, especially in English.

Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Basic knowledge of banking operations and customer service principles.
