Overview:
Vanvet was established in 2006 after the vast experience of 25 years of the ayurvedic veterinary industry in India. Vanvet has a strong belief, values, and ethics to use ayurvedic clinically validated products for animal health care.
The Customer Service cum Admin Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of customer service while managing administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive, organized, and communicative individual who can support both customers and office operations.
Job responsibilities.
- Review & updation of the lead generation.
- Management of social media accounts and leads.
- Handle customer feedback, both positive and negative, and assist in improving service delivery based on feedback.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
- Bank Payment / Receipt, Bank Transfer Accounting entries on daily & monthly basis.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Timely correspondence with Marketing department & Purchase Manager for payment related issues.
- Coordination with other department regarding material Receipt status at site, Invoice submission then Payment collection as per payment terms.
- Accounting department support with required knowledge of Telly ERP.
- ERP system management for the daily working.
- Handling work of colleges in case of their absence.
- Payments & collections management on daily basis.
- Management of employee payments on monthly basis.
- Stock Management on monthly basis & raising stock requirements.
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
