Job Title: Admin Assistant - HR & Admin
Location: Gandhinagar, Sargasan
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence
- Manage the guest house, including coordinating reservations, ensuring maintenance and upkeep, and providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the MD and other executives, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Manage petty cash, including maintaining accurate records, processing expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in administration, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with senior executives or in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of travel management software and other administrative tools
- Certification in administration or a related field
