Admin Assistant

**Qualification**:
- MBA (HR) preferred
- Any Graduate with relevant experience
**Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in handling front desk activities and admin related activities.
- Managing reception desk
- Managing & Greeting Guest, Vendors etc.
- Maintain Visitors Register
- Scheduling Board of Directors Appointment with Client, Media etc.
- Keeping track of appointments.
- Assist in ticketing/ literary of office team members.
- Scheduling availability of conference room during meetings
- Maintain Inward & Outward Register for material and employees.
- Monitor Employee out punching / OD Collection while going out
- Attendance Register (Driver’s, Housekeeping, Pantry)
- Courier/ Post - Management and tracking.
- Assist in HR Admin Activities
- Responsible of housekeeping and maintenance of office.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
