Overview:
Vanvet was established in 2006 after the vast experience of 25 years of the ayurvedic veterinary industry in India. Vanvet has a strong belief, values, and ethics to use ayurvedic clinically validated products for animal health care.
We require an industry experienced Account & admin Executive for our head office in Gandhinagar.
Job responsibilities.
- Handling Statutory matter as GST return,Income tax return,TDS,Filing ROC returns
- Management related to professional tax matters - Handaling petty cash
- Daily Bank & Cash Reconciliation with account statements and balance confirmations
- Banking Finance management
- Generating & Execution of Sale Invoices with take care of statutory compliance i.e Inter-state Sale Form, Transaction Identification (Sale-in-Transit, OGS to OGS ), Payment Terms, Invoice Type, and Reference of Sale Invoice etc.)
- Bank Payment / Receipt, Bank Transfer Accounting entries on daily & monthly basis.
- Sales Tax E-Payment & E-Filling within the Time Limit.
- Timely correspondence with Marketing department & Purchase Manager for payment related issues.
- Coordination with other department regarding material Receipt status at site, Invoice submission then Payment collection as per payment terms.
- Checking & monitoring the credit period offered to suppliers against the credit period from customers In case of deviation suggesting the alternative means of funding for managing the cash flow.
- ERP system management for the daily working
- Handling work of colouges in case of their absence
- Payments & collections management on daily basis
- Management of employee payments on monthly basis
- Management related to PF & ESI of the employees
- Stock Management on monthly basis & raising stock requirements
Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
