About the client:

1. Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication

2. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes.

3. Detail-oriented and thorough in ensuring mínimal errors while sending communication to customers.

4. At least 1 year of experience in handling customers in both voice and non-voice process

5. Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.

6. Active listening, empathy, and patience with respect to customer interactions

7. Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive.

8. Ability to articulate in different ways.

9. Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off

12. They must be open for Off roll (Third Party payroll)

**Good to have**:
1. Experience in the Insurance Industry

2. Prior experience in Sales/ Outbound Calls

**Salary**: ₹3.00 - ₹4.00 per year
