**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
About the client:
ACKO is Indiaʼs first and only fully digital Insurtech (product) company to have taken insurance by storm. You might have seen their cool ads or are already a customer and we hope you have noticed how they are rewriting the rules of the insurance game constantly and persistently.

1. Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication

2. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes.

3. Detail-oriented and thorough in ensuring mínimal errors while sending communication to customers.

4. At least 1 year of experience in handling customers in both voice and non-voice process

5. Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.

6. Active listening, empathy, and patience with respect to customer interactions

7. Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive.

8. Ability to articulate in different ways.

9. Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off

12. They must be open for Off roll (Third Party payroll)

**Good to have**:
1. Experience in the Insurance Industry

2. Prior experience in Sales/ Outbound Calls

**Salary**: ₹3.00 - ₹4.00 per year
