Position: Policy Advisor (Scalene)

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Providing complete information about the product to customers.

● Giving the right pitch to potential customers to encourage product purchases.

● Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily

● Documenting all interactions with customers

● Providing the best possible solutions to customer queries

Job Requirements:

● Proficiency in English and Hindi + any regional language would be a plus, as well as

verbal communication.

● Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

● Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes.

● Detail-oriented and thorough in ensuring minimal errors while sending communication to

customers.

● Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.

● Active listening, empathy, and patience with respect to customer interactions.

● Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive.

● Ability to articulate in different ways.

● Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off.

● Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, with females working from

9 AM to 8 PM and males from 9 AM to 9 PM, totaling 9 hours of work per day.

● Candidates should be willing to work from the office (Location: Silk Board).

● Must be open for off-roll (Third Party payroll).
