As a recruitment operations advisor, you're responsible for;
- Supporting Global ResOps activities (Offer - release & follow-up, vetting - initiation & follow-up, Vendor coordination)
- Take ownership on recruitment & vetting queries (1st level)
- ATS management (Admin and Offer process)
- Provide Best Hiring managers experience in solving their queries
- Understand policies and process on day to day jobs
- Support recruiters & RM’s in initiating offers (internal and external)
- Support and create adhoc reports/metrics
- Process Owner for resourcing PO’s and followup
- Supporting Resourcing Team for adhoc - admin tasks
- Ownership & responsible for all Global resourcing Audits
