Job Description - Pre-Sales Executive
**Location**:NHPC, Faridabad
**Experience**:3-4 years in the same industry (Industrial Machinery, Pumps, or related sector)
**Department**:Sales & Marketing
**Reporting To**:Chief Growth Officer
**Employment Type**:Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Qualification & Customer Engagement**:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide initial solutions.
**Technical Supp
- ort & Solution Designing**:
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product presentations, and demonstrations to customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to offer customized solutions based on client needs.
- **Proposal & Documentation**:
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and detailed commercial offers.
- Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) with accurate and competitive pricing.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:
- Conduct internal and external training sessions to educate customers and sales teams.
- **Client Communication & Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Support in addressing client queries and ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:
- Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer demands.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- **Experience**:3-4 years in Pre-Sales within the Industrial Machinery, Pumps, or related industry.
- Skills Required:
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial pumps and related equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools.
- **Preferred**:Prior experience in handling international clients or B2B industrial sales.
**Salary: Competitive and based on experience.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
